Troop-
Our next meeting is tomorrow night at 7:30pm at Grace, when we'll conduct Troop elections and pair Scouts up to begin their EDGE method work together.
Our twice-yearly elections post Scouts into several positions of responsibility, a rank requirement. Please have a look at these position descriptions to decide which you are most interested in for the next 6 month term. Your cooperation is important for a smooth election and the positions are only useful with regular attendance at out Troop meetings and campouts.
The EDGE method pairs Scouts together to teach and learn from one another, an additional rank requirement. Tomorrow night's meeting will be a big start in what will likely be a multi-session commitment. Again, your attendance will go a long way.
Last week I had the honor of welcoming two familiar family names to Troop 4066, adding to the list of brothers-who-Scout-together (now at 4 families). I'm excited to introduce them to our meetings and campouts and hope you'll all extend a Scout handshake when you see them tomorrow (or as soon as possible).
